The Sales Specialist for Tommy Hilfiger will be responsible for providing a complete service to the external client when it comes to the collection during the sales period so that Tommy Jeans is present in the largest number of Wholesale points in Spain.

What are the mainly responsabilities?

• Create a cohesive story of the collection to show the customers

Manage the payroll and administration of France, Monaco and other European countries.

What will the role entail?

• Collect, calculate and enter data to ensure the monthly payroll is processed efficiently.
• Process all starters/leavers and contractual changes in HR databases (contract overview/SAP Success Factors). Issue the corresponding letters when needed.
• Collect and process any input that must be included in the monthly payroll (holidays, overtime, absences...).
• Calculate the commision amounts for Retail/Office.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders as Finance, Payroll Providers, Employees, etc.
• Main point of contact for payroll enquiries.
• Prepare reports for different departments (i.e. Retail management, HR Business Partners) when needed.

What will the role entail?

Tus principales objetivos como Consultor de Ventas serán crear una experiencia memorable para nuestros clientes, transmitiendo con entusiasmo la pasión por la marca, y ayudándoles a encontrar lo que buscan con una actitud amable y servicial. Así como conseguir los objetivos de la tienda, y por último, pero no menos importante, mantener la tienda debidamente ordenada y actualizada con los productos necesarios.

Responsabilidades del rol:

• Experiencia del cliente: Atraer y fidelizar a los clientes, prestando atención a cada detalle y ofreciendo un servicio de máxima calidad, reflejando los valores de la marca.
• Ventas: conseguir los objetivos comerciales de la tienda y KPIS transmitiendo el valor diferencial de la marca a los clientes.
• Operaciones de la tienda: trabajar en equipo, realizar inventarios, gestión de stock, caja registradora, informes diarios, entre otros, para que el punto de venta funcione correctamente.
• Imagen de la tienda: mantener la tienda debidamente ordenada, siguiendo los estándares visuales, así como actualizada con los productos necesarios para ofrecer un servicio de calidad.
• Encaje cultural: Cuidar y formar parte de un ambiente de equipo positivo, fomentando la colaboración y el trabajo en equipo.

The Project!

As a SAP-SD Consultat you will oversee the design, implementation, and support of SAP-SD (Sales and Distribution) systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving efficiency in sales and distribution processes.

What will the role entail?

• Lead SAP-SD system implementation projects, from requirements gathering to system go-live.
• Design and configure SAP-SD systems to meet complex business needs, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Customize SAP-SD modules to align with specific business processes, facilitating seamless operations.
• Integrate SAP-SD with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, PP) and external systems, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP-SD systems, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated with SAP best practices and advancements, driving innovation and optimization within the SAP-SD landscape.

The project!

Within the Retail Department of AWWG - PVH Iberia, we are looking for a Coordinator
of Merchandising. Your scope is Spain and Portugal for Tommy Hilfiger Outlets.

What are the mainly responsabilities?

• BUDGET, PLANNING & BUYING
• Challenge net sales targets in the light of portfolio’s performance.
• Anticipate store development: refits, openings & closures.
• Guide planning strategy according to local product performance.
• Feedback to central about product trends and needs in order to contribute to
  the European assortment build-up.
• Fill in buying templates and make sure proper depth are uploaded in the system.
• Manage the orderbook.
• IN-SEASON MERCHANDISING
• Deliver goods according to store capacities and needs.
• Analyze product performance and propose action plans.
• Replenish fashion and permanent styles.
• Monitor the season via forecasting tools.
• Propose sales strategy in line with Finance envelopes.
• Organize end-of-season returns and link between Full Price and Outlets.
• Push Old stock sales.
